Our Story
PropFollow started in Kuching, Sarawak — born from real conversations with property agents who were frustrated with losing track of buyer interest. They were using Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and manual follow-ups. Some were paying for expensive CRMs designed for enterprise teams, not individual RENs.
We saw an opportunity to build something focused: not a full CRM, not a property portal, but a simple tool that sits between sharing and closing. Share a property, track who is interested, follow up at the right time.
Today, PropFollow is built for property agents across Malaysia — from solo RENs in Sarawak to agencies in KL. We are proudly Malaysian-built, bootstrapped, and focused on doing one thing well.
